Law Society Professional Conduct Advisory Panel Member for four years, which panel comprises senior members of the legal profession who oversee professional conduct matters for solicitors in NSW, providing mentoring advice.

Law Society Ethics Committee member 2017, 2019, which committee oversees ethical standards and adherence to them for the state legal profession.

Official Australian Corporate Counsel mentor for lawyers in Australia, and shortlisted (out of 3) for Corporate Lawyer of the Year Award 2018.
